We offer Home Delivery as the standard shipping method.

However, for a bit more flexibility,

domestic buyers can choose 7-11 Pick Up Only (C2C) as an alternative. ;)

If u prefer this option, pls DM us to complete ur purchase & arrange delivery (會有小折扣ㄛ) .

**Once the order is placed on our web , the delivery method cannot be changed.

International shipment pricing is based upon quantities.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. SilverPi11 is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

We do not guarantee the delivery of your order by the estimated time of arrival, nor will we cancel your order or offer refunds for wait times. Upon purchasing you are consenting to waiting if there are delays with your order.

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow us 3-5 weeks to process all orders (excluding major holidays, and weekends, Monday - Friday ).

Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number via email.

★ Domestic orders will take 2-5 business days to arrive.
★ International orders will take 2-3 business weeks to arrive.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or undelivered packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please open an investigation with the carrier. We will not replace any packages.
